Our Purpose
Our Lead initiative builds the capacity of the nonprofit and health and human service sectors for racial justice and diversity, equity, and inclusion. We support leadership opportunities and career pathways to improve the health and well-being of individuals and groups impacted by structural racism and historic injustice.
Our Priorities
Our priorities include:
- Increasing leadership and advancement opportunities for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color;
- Providing educational and skill-building opportunities connected to career pathways.
