2026 Grant Awards
Philadelphia Health Partnership focuses on advancing equity in health and early childhood health and development. In June 2026, we awarded $910,000 in grants to seven organizations.
NURTURE
PROMOTING THE OPTIMAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN FROM PRENATAL TO AGE FIVE TO INFLUENCE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING ACROSS THE LIFESPAN
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
$95,000 in support of implementation and evaluation of HealthySteps at CHOP Primary Care, Cobbs Creek and advocacy for sustainable funding pathways through Medicaid payment reforms.
$50,000 in support of legal services and advocacy to improve children’s access to early intervention services and full inclusion in early childhood education.
$25,000 in support of home visiting services for families with children from 16 months to four years old to stimulate parent-child interaction and develop children’s language, early literacy, and social-emotional skills.
ADVOCATE
ADVANCING POLICY, SYSTEMS, AND STRUCTURAL CHANGE TO ACHIEVE EQUITY IN HEALTH
$65,000 in support of advocacy to expand children’s access to quality physical health care, mental health services, and early care and education.
Early Intervention Part C Workgroup
$525,000 (three-year grant) in support of statewide collaboration and advocacy to strengthen the accessibility, quality, and equity of the Infant Toddler Early Intervention system and services. The Pennsylvania Association for the Education of Young Children serves as the fiscal sponsor.
Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children
$75,000 in support of advocacy for public policies that promote perinatal and child health and early childhood development.
$75,000 in support of nonprofit collaboration and advocacy to expand civic participation, make voting easier, and secure equitable representation in State government.
